September 19, 2009 – Phoenix, Arizona – Carlson Real Estate Company reported the following lease transactions within its Phoenix portfolio.

July, 2009
Ignition Interlock of Arizona signed a three-year lease for 4,907 square feet at 99th Avenue Business Center, located at 99th Avenue and Pierce Street in Avondale. The company installs and services breath alcohol ignition interlock devices in vehicles. Bill Bayless of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Carlson Real Estate Company. Greg Saltz of De Rito Partners represented Ignition Interlock.

August, 2009
Mr. Goodcents, a sub and pasta shop franchise, signed a five-year lease for 1,500 square feet at The Shoppes at Cotton Center which is located near the southwest corner of 48th Street and Broadway Road in Phoenix. The landlord, Carlson Real Estate Company, was represented by Greg Saltz of De Rito Partners and Mr. Goodcents was represented by Larry Miller, also with De Rito Partners.
