At Carlson Real Estate Company, we’ve built office, industrial, and retail projects. But we’re most proud of the strong relationships we’ve built over the years. We’re better because of you.
As such, we are pleased to continue our Rewarding Relationships program in 2010. The program, which is designed to reward brokers that bring us new deals, works like this:
Program Details
We will award points for any new lease agreement signed in 2010. Points will be awarded based upon the total square footage and the property type. You will earn:
3 points for every square foot of industrial space
5 points for every square foot of flex space
10 points for every square foot of office space
At the end of the year, we will total the points and declare the winners. Prize winners will be awarded Visa gift cards:
1st prize - $4,000 Visa Gift Card
2nd prize - $2,000 Visa Gift Card
3rd prize - $1,000 Visa Gift Card
Throughout the year, we will send program reminders and updated standings so you can keep tabs on the competition.
Points awarded only to tenant representatives for new leases in participating Carlson Real Estate properties. Excludes renewals, expansions, and lease extensions. Not redeemable for cash or substitutions. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. Carlson Real Estate retains sole right to administer the program and determine tie-breaking procedures and winners. All decisions of Carlson Real Estate Company are final. A list of winners can be obtained upon written request following awarding of prizes. |
